Lucas Christian Academy scored six runs in the fifth inning, which helped them defeat Garland Christian Academy Varsity Swordsmen 11-4 on Friday. Garland Christian Academy Varsity Swordsmen tied the game in the top of the fifth thanks to a fielder's choice by Baker, a walk by Doddy, and an error. Lucas Christian Academy flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the fifth, scoring six runs on three hits to take the lead, 10-4. The biggest blow in the inning was a triple by DYESS that drove in two. BRYAN earned the win for Lucas Christian Academy.
